Earn and Learn Opportunities Program

Granite State Independent Living’s Earn and Learn Opportunities Program provides extended learning opportunities (ELO’s) that combine soft skills training and education with on-the-job training for at-risk high school students with disabilities.

Students age 16-21 and has an IEP or 504 plan

Being a member of the Partnership Network Work Group since it was founded and seeing the evolution of our partnerships growing has been rewarding. We are working to assure that there are equitable and accessible partnership opportunities through a consistent,clear process and expectations for all partners. This work is enabling Manchester to have sustainable, community driven programming to increase support and opportunities, while improving student outcomes. At the same time we are communicating with teachers, students, families and the community at large about our partners and resources through Compass.
