New American Youth Mentoring & Cross Cultural Leadership Programming WELCOMING CLUB (STUDENTS BECOME AMBASSADORS)

Welcoming new group of students Help them to know the teacher and where to go.  Have someone to contact who can help Students who speak their language or at least translation possibilities. Someone who will check in with the student regularly.

Being a member of the Partnership Network Work Group since it was founded and seeing the evolution of our partnerships growing has been rewarding. We are working to assure that there are equitable and accessible partnership opportunities through a consistent,clear process and expectations for all partners. This work is enabling Manchester to have sustainable, community driven programming to increase support and opportunities, while improving student outcomes. At the same time we are communicating with teachers, students, families and the community at large about our partners and resources through Compass.
