UNH Upward Bound program helps low-income, potential first generation high school students achieve their dreams of going on to and being successful in higher education. All UB program activities and services are free to students enrolled in the program. Services include: academic and career advising, Saturday Academies and tutoring supports, college tours, cultural enrichment activities & field trips, college prep & financial aid workshops, and a six-week residential summer academy.

UB Advisors meet with students at their high school. For most UB sponsored events, UB is able to provide transportation for students.
Eligibility Requirements
You must be a US citizen, or a permanent resident, or refugee in the process of applying for permanent residency. In grades 9-12 and attend high school within Manchester School District. Your parent(s)/guardian(s) must meet the federal TRIO program income guidelines, as determined by the Department of Education.. and/or • You must be a potential !rst generation college student (neither parent has completed a four-year college degree in the US).
