Workplace Success (NHEP)

Workplace Success provides participants in the New Hampshire Employment Program (NHEP) with a series of programming to gather the skills, knowledge, experience and support needed to obtain paid employment. Services/Resources include but not limited to: Career guidance, work readiness and skill development, education and training opportunities, employment & training support services, finding child care, obtaining transportation, and securing housing.

Must be a participant of the New Hampshire Employment Program (NHEP) receiving TANF benefits.

Being a member of the Partnership Network Work Group since it was founded and seeing the evolution of our partnerships growing has been rewarding. We are working to assure that there are equitable and accessible partnership opportunities through a consistent,clear process and expectations for all partners. This work is enabling Manchester to have sustainable, community driven programming to increase support and opportunities, while improving student outcomes. At the same time we are communicating with teachers, students, families and the community at large about our partners and resources through Compass.
