Amoskeag Health offers Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opiate and alcohol misuse
disorder. Amoskeag Health provides outpatient treatment services using Suboxone (Buprenorphine), Sublocade (Buprenorphine extended release) and Vivitrol (Naltrexone) medications to support recovery. MAT staff includes providers, nurses, behavioral health counselors and case managers who work together with you to manage your medical care, prescribe, and monitor medication therapy, provide behavioral counseling, and encourage lifestyle changes to support your long-term recovery. You remain focused, engaged, and supported every step of the way.
