We promote inclusion by matching individuals with and without disabilities in one-to-one friendships based on age, gender, and shared interests.

School Chapter Programs: Students at Elementary, Middle, High School, or Colleges, and for the Citizen's Adult Friendship Program, must be 18+ and pass a background check.

Being a member of the Partnership Network Work Group since it was founded and seeing the evolution of our partnerships growing has been rewarding. We are working to assure that there are equitable and accessible partnership opportunities through a consistent,clear process and expectations for all partners. This work is enabling Manchester to have sustainable, community driven programming to increase support and opportunities, while improving student outcomes. At the same time we are communicating with teachers, students, families and the community at large about our partners and resources through Compass.
